Connect your email account
Follow the account setup in the app. Gmail and Microsoft accounts use provider sign-in; other providers may need their IMAP settings.

Make your first archive
Select a few messages and choose Archive. Open a saved message and check its “Saved in your vault” status. Server copies stay in place.

Read, compose, reply, and archive whenever you need. If you want scheduled backups later, open Settings → Billing.
